Free Wings Dreamers is a technology company that runs infrastructure and digital products, modernizes platforms and delivers technology projects. We work both directly with organizations and behind other technology partners.

We are not a hosting company, a software factory or an AI consultancy. We are the team that takes responsibility for technology working, evolving and staying available.

Leadership

The company is led by professionals with more than 30 years of experience in technology and complex projects: infrastructure, operations, development, data and project direction, across organizations of different sizes and in several countries.

That experience belongs to the people who run the projects. It is not a statement about how long the company has existed.

How we build teams

We keep a stable core of senior leadership. We deliberately do not carry permanent staff specialists in every discipline, because that makes projects more expensive without making the outcome better.

For each scope we bring in specialists and companies we have already worked with and whose quality we know first-hand. They are trusted partners, validated by our own experience working alongside them.

What does not change: accountability to the client stays with Free Wings Dreamers. The client has one counterpart and one party responsible, not a list of suppliers.

How we engage

Directly with organizations that need to solve, modernize or run technology without building a new internal structure.

Behind technology partners — software factories, consultancies, integrators, product studios, SaaS companies — that need extra capacity, specialists, or someone to take over operations. The partner can keep the commercial relationship and product direction while we take on the agreed technical scope, white label where that is what is needed.

We have already sustained the technical execution behind a technology partner for years, covering their infrastructure and much of their development work for that partner’s end clients. We know how to work in that position.

Reach

We operate remotely and distributed, with working bases in the US and Argentina, and projects across the Americas. The infrastructure we manage runs on professional cloud and data centre providers selected case by case.
