We design, run and maintain the technology layer that has to stay available, secure and under control. This is where we take on the most responsibility: we do not hand over a recommendation and walk away, we own the fact that the environment keeps working.

• Continuity: backups, disaster recovery, recovery planning and incident response.
• Observability: monitoring, metrics, logs and alerting on what actually matters to the business.
• Storage and services: S3, MinIO, object storage, email infrastructure.
• Operational security: hardening, access management, exposed surface.
• Application operations: managed hosting and ongoing operation of production platforms.

How we work

We build on professional cloud and data centre providers — AWS, Azure, OVH and others — selected against the technical, commercial, geographic and continuity requirements of each project. We do not improvise solutions, and we do not lock clients into a provider for our own convenience.

Monitoring, support, response times and availability levels are defined by how critical each environment is and by the SLA agreed with the client. We prefer to commit to what we can sustain rather than publish a generic promise.
